Brosovszky Junior Cup 2017
REGULATIONS
The soccer tournament “Brosovszky Junior Cup 2017” will take place on a field with natural grass.
- Will form 3 groups and it will be played by the sistem, each with each.
- The category 2003-2004, 2006 – Ineu, 2007,2008, 2009 and 2010-Arad: From the three groups , the teams ranked first will play for the 1-3 places. The teams ranked second from each group will play for the 4-6 places, the teams ranked third from each group will play for the 7-9 places and the teams ranked forth from each group will play for the 10-12 places.
- The teams that do not show up for every game from the tournament will not receive any awards.
The field (dimensions) and the game system – (2003-2004):
- Standard field
- Standard soccer gates
- System “10+1”
- Game time: 2 x 30 minutes
- Break during the match: 5 minutes
- Break between matches: 5 minutes
The field (dimensions) and the game system – (2006):
- Field: 60 x 40 m; (between the square of 16m)
- Gates: 5 x 2 m
- System: “8 + 1” ;
- Game time: 2 x 20 minutes
- Break during the match: 5 minutes
- Break between matches: 5 minutes
The field (dimensions) and the game system – (2007-2008):
- Field: 60 x 40 m;
- Gates: 5 x 2 m;
- System: “6 + 1”;
- Game time : : 2 x 20 minutes
- Break during the match: 5 minutes
- Break between matches: 5 minutes
The field (dimensions) and the game system – (2009):
- Field: 40 x 20 m;
- Gates: 3 x 2 m;
- System: “5 + 1”;
- Game time : : 2 x 20 minutes
- Break during the match: 5 minutes
- Break between matches: 5 minutes
The field (dimensions) and the game system – (2010) :
- Field: 40 x 20 m;
- Gates: 3 x 2 m;
- System: “4 + 1”;
- Game time : : 2 x 15 minutes
- Break during the match: 5 minutes
- Break between matches: 5 minutes
Points
- Match won – 3 points
- Match finished equally – 1 point
- Match lost – 0 points
Group Stage:
- In the event of a tie on points between two teams, after the games of the group stage, will enter into force the following criteria for separation:
- Direct result
- General goal difference
- The bigger number of scored goals
- The smaller number of received goals
- The toss
- In the event of a tie between three teams, will enter into force the following criteria for separation:
- 1.)Will calculate the results of the three teams and will qualify the team with the highest number of points collected from the direct games with that of the other two teams.
2.) Goal difference resulting from the clearances with the other two teams.
3.) The greater number of goals marked with the other two teams.
4.) Lower number of goals received with that of the other two teams.
5.) The general goal difference in the group.
6.) The greater number of goals marked in the group.
7.) Lower number of goals received in the group.
8.) The draw
Exceptions:
In the case where, a match already started will pause for reasons of major force or for reasons that are not related to the organizers of the competition of the game will be completed with the result when the ignition is switched
In the case where a match shall be postponed or switches off before the start of the game, it will be reprogramed after the meeting of the competitive staff.
Start kick:
Start kick:: the ball will be given by the “its own field; it is forbidden to start the game with kick directly at the gate of the enemy.v
Goal kick

– Goalkeeper must have a T-shirt in a different color toward the team of him.v
Throwing in:
Throwing in must be carried out with the hand over his head.v

Throwing in shall not be deemed to be ofside.v
Free kick:
– direct free kick: the wall will be sat down at a distance of 5 metersv

Offside:
– All games will be carried out with the offside starting at the edge of the square the whole width of the land of the game.
– In Categories 2009, 2010 do not play with the offside!
– From throwing in shall not be deemed to be offside
The penalty kick:
– the penalty kick will execute from 11 meters at 2003-2004 categoriesv
– the penalty kick will be executed to 7 meters to the categories 2006-2010v
The number of players and reserves :
– each team will have in each match by all players enrolled in the tournament.
– Tehnical staff will be made up of a single licensed coach that will appear on the sheet of the game.
– Changes of the game will be carried out all and may only be carried out from the middle of the pitch, without the agreement of the referee
– a player can play from a single team and to a single age category!
The referees:
Organizers ensure throughout the duration of the game,
– three referrees (Central and 2 linesman) to 2003-2004 categories
– two referrees by the Center to the categories 2006, 2007, 2008:
– a referree from the center to the categories 2009, 2010
– referee will represent the maximum power on the pitch and will have full powers to suspend or cancel any game where you observe any negative attitude on the part of any teams.v
– referrees will note after each match the best player and best goalkeeper and in the end it will be awarded to each category of the age of the player and the goalkeeper of the tournament.v
The sheet of the game (Acts required):
– sheet of the game will be made once only at the start of the tournament.v
– coaches of each team must have a document certifying the age of each player.v
By signing the sheet of the game team delegate confirms that all children have carried out the medical visa and are suited for the sport.v
– sheet of the game must be presented to the organizers and referees in specifying the composition of the team with the players enrolled at this category of age (sheet of the game received at the beginning of the competition).v
– sheet of the game shall be handed over to with minimum 10 min.before the beginning of the first game
– sheet of the game must be completed in full,otherwise team can`t participate in the tournament.
Equipment:
– each team is obliged to bear the t-shirts of the same color (within the framework of a team) with number on the rear which correspond to those included in the worksheet of the game.v
– It is essential that all players have guards for tibia.v
Punctuality:
– Teams must be prepared to play with 15 minutes before the start of the Romas.v
– where at the specified time of the start of the game, a team is not present on the land, this will shall have a period of 5 minutes to align the start, otherwise, will lose the match by forfeit with the score of 3-0).v
Sanctions (cards):
paper vouchers:v
-The player who will be removed with two yellow cards or penalty directly, in his place may enter another coichipier after 5 minutes of play in the inferiority numeric.
The player that will be eliminated directly or as a result of the accumulation of two yellow cards will play the next step (the cumulation of paper vouchers shall not count)
The behavior of the teams:
– teams who demonstrated during the tournament, an attitude violence, protested against the decision of the arbitrators’ decisions, toughness on players adversi, protests to the address of the organizers, may be excluded automatically from the tournament.v
– officials of their teams, will be directly responsible for the attitude and behavior of their own players in the relationship with the referees, colleagues, the opponents, the public, the organizers of the competition, but also by the materials that belong to the base of where the work is the competition, etc..v

if a coach withdraw the team on the field for some reason, the team that left the field will lose maciul discover or if the score is more than 3-0 for adverse team remains the outcome of that time and the gaps in the team withdrawn shall be canceled.
Appeals:
– any appeal or the complaint, will have to be submitted in writing to the contest organizers, in pause the game or immediately after the completion of the game challenged.v
– organizers did not accept the complaint or written denials what to make reference to the referees decisions.v
– Appeals will be resolved at the end of the day.v
– Appeals shall be made only by the coach of the team adverse effects.v
– where, following the reunification of valid, it appears that a team has used the players with older than the age of the class in which are involved in competition, the team that will lose this match, the rest of the results of the recording of the team up to the time of the opposition remains valid. In the case where the same team will never miss another opposition, for the same reason, then it will be removed from the competition.
The Executive Committee of the competition:
– Tour Committee shall meet at the end of the day and the competition will analyze all incidents of that day.v
– All decisions of the executive committee of the competition shall be final and irrevocable and all participants will have to accept them as such.v
The program of games:
– Committee of organization reserves the right to make changes in the program of the competition both in the composition of the groups and the business hours of the progress of the games.v
– all these changes will be communicated as soon as possible of the representatives of the teams involved.v
The ball of the game:
All games will be dispute with the balls of the game size 4, made available by the organizers.v
Comments:
– Tour Organizers are not responsible for any damage incurred during the tournament, in the same way as you will not be responsible for any things lost or stolen.v
